Some notes before you begin

Please note that the following pages are only suggestions to get you started. You may want to add further information, or only focus on the areas that you feel strongly about.

You cannot use an Advance Decision to deal with your property on your death - you should draw up a will for that purpose. Nor can you use an Advance Decision to make arrangements for the management of your financial affairs if you become incapable of acting - you will needto complete an Enduring Power of Attorney instead.
